We are a non-smoking facility and allow pets outside.

Rates posted are summer rates, which are in effect May 15th thru Sept.15th.

Courtesy transfers available to the Alaska marine highway ferry, water taxi, and shuttle ferry (except after 11pm). Courtesy transfers and custom-personalized tours available.

All rates are Summer rates and are subject to change. Senior(over 65yrs) discounts >> >10%. AARP rates(over 50 yrs with card number) 5% discount.

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Reservations made during our Southeast Alaska State Fair (July 2011) must be paid IN FULL, in advance to guarantee space. The minimum stay for this event is two nights on the weekend (FRI-SAT)

We are Haines's Oldest (1981) established family-owned and operated B & B and are NOT AFFILIATED with any other establishments or facilities in the historic area. Any resemblance or comparison by name or location is strictly coincidental.

NOTES:

$15 each for children 5-12yrs. No charge for children under 5yrs. Crib, high chair and queen-size air bed available. Barbecue and large porch available for guest use.

A 5.5% sales tax plus 4% bed tax (total 9.5%) will be added to all rates.

A 30 day cancellation policy applies to all reservations for the complete 50% deposit refund. All credit cards will be processed for deposit. A fee of $7.50 will be applied to all credit card and check deposits, if cancellation is less than 30 days. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, Travelers' Checks, Money Orders, and all dead-presidential greenbacks.
